Pick Up & Shipping

CHC Students who select "Pick Up", when their order is ready for pick up, they will receive a confirmation email. Their products will be delivered to CHC every Wednesday at 1:00PM-1:30PM until the student has collected them. The representative will be dressed professionally, having a green car in the top car park, potentially in the "reserved area". Note that if you receive this confirmation email, it does not necessarily mean that all of your products will be ready for pick up, it could be all or some of your order. If you would prefer waiting until we have all products ready before picking them up, please contact us and let us know. We want to suit your needs to the most of our ability. Please do not attempt to collect your textbooks from the Office or the Library. only from the representative in the designated area.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you do choose, sit may vary the estimated date of arrival provided.

If you select "Pick Up" the products will generally take 0-2 weeks to arrive at CHC. In the case that we do not have the products in stock but we have to order them in, the best time to order your products online is on a TUESDAY.

If you are local to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoombah or the Sunshine Coast we generally use a Courier company to deliver your products. If you are outside of these areas, we may use Australia Post.

Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* Terms and conditions apply.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
